DESCRIPTION: remote village guest house, built from all-natural materials
LOCATION: Adelbert Mountain Range, North Coast of Madang Province. Access by helicopter or four-wheel drive vehicle (dry weather only).
ROOMS: 5 rooms, bamboo furniture, mosquito nets provided.
BATHROOMS: outdoor shower under piped spring water. Pit latrine.
MEALS: village food cooked and served in the traditional way, drinking water piped from spring
GUEST FACILITIES:
ACTIVITIES AND TOURS: an ornithologist's heaven: Bird of Paradise guaranteed to show, many other rare PNG birds in natural habitat, nature tours, bushwalking
OTHER INFORMATION: The Keki Eco Lodge was set up with the support of Nature Conservancy, an environmental non-government organisation. There is a VHF radio link to Madang town.
APPROXIMATE RATE: AUD$45 per person per night including village-style meals
